Our Cancellation Policy

Please view our cancellation policy below:

  • CampRolo requires a £100.00 deposit to secure your dates and booking details. This deposit is non-refundable. Without the £100.00 deposit bookings will not be reserved or upheld.

  • Once your booking has been secured with the deposit you are obliged to make full payment as outlined in the Payment Schedule Table.

  • CampRolo will email your booking confirmation. This includes your countdown. This agreement confirms that you fully intend to uphold the booking and you are committed to the contract. It is your responsibility to check the dates, amounts and times of the booking. Please make CampRolo aware of any changes or amendments to your booking.

  • Your ‘Countdown’ will comfirm when your full payment for your booking is required or you can refer to the Payment Schedule Table so that you are aware of when your full payment is due.

  • CampRolo offers part payment. Many of our customers prefer to make payments monthly; all customers are welcome to access this option to spread the cost. All part payments have to be received 4 full weeks prior to the date of travel.

  • If for whatever reason you are unable to uphold your booking and you have not made your full payment your £100.00 deposit will not be refunded to you.

  • If for whatever reason you are unable to uphold your booking after your full payment has been made and there are 4 weeks or more before your booking, your £100.00 deposit will not be refunded to you & CampRolo will make every effort to resell your slot.

  • If for whatever reason you are unable to uphold your booking after your deposit and your full payment has been made and there are 3 weeks and 6 days remaining before your booking, you will be expected to uphold your booking contract and pay the full amount.

  • If there is a problem with your booking, such as: the camper has been in a collision or in need of a repair, CampRolo has the right to change your campervan preference on the ground of safety. In doing so you will be offered an alternative camper, if an alternative camper is not available you will be fully reimbursed.

  • It is the discretion of the Director of CampRolo who will determine how deposits and refunds are managed, in line with this cancellation policy.

As a business we are sure that you understand the damage of no-shows and non-payment to a small, family run business. We turn away over 100 bookings each year and no-shows are frustrating for all concerned. Thank you for working with us on our future and financial stability.
